Project process

Market requirements, translated into engineering execution

Seven-stage ASPI project process from requirement confirmation to delivery and technical support

Overseas rollout and engineering support

A high-voltage test result depends on the sample part, the fixture, the equipment and the site conditions together. SYSMERGE's overseas rollout experience covers fault investigation, control board circuit repair, and the assembly of operating and installation documentation. Engineering support starts from the specific problem, so the buyer knows what to confirm next, who handles it, and which verification records to keep.

01

Fixtures assessed against the sample part

From assemblable tools to sample parts of different sizes, fixtures and adapters have to match the test method. Product drawings, the insulated section and the specified standard let the engineering team confirm the applicable configuration and what needs adjusting.

02

Channel count chosen from the production condition

Four- and eight-channel configurations answer different output requirements and floor constraints. Loading, test duration and retest arrangements are confirmed at the same time, so the throughput discussion sits on a complete, acceptable cycle.

03

Test data put to work in quality management

Record retrieval, statistics and advanced analysis are specified per project to support batch lookup and quality review. The scope of database, analysis and identification integration is confirmed item by item during requirement discussion.

Prepare before installation

  1. Plant locationCountry, region and site, used to confirm the applicable installation rules.
  2. Site power and protectionSupply arrangement, voltage, frequency, and protection/earthing scheme.
  3. Installation environmentSpace, flooring, adjacent equipment and operator flow.
  4. Sample partsRepresentative product, insulated section and drawings.
  5. Intended useType testing, post-production checking, or contractual acceptance.

The supplier and a locally qualified electrical professional use these to confirm installation and verification items, with responsibilities and deliverables agreed before the rollout.
